Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate it can be hard to tell if it is exactly the right item for you when shopping online! If you would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem.

Please email hello@thievingkea.com and quote your order number. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please email us before returning your item.

These goods MUST be in their original and unworn state. 
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind for purchases made in store. 

    SALES ITEMS

    • We do not offer refunds on sale/discounted items. No returns or exchanges are allowed on sale items unless there is a fault. Please choose carefully when buying sale items.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    • If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email hello@thievingkea.com explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will send you a courier bag to return the product to us which you can drop into your local post shop. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
    • Faulty items must be returned with proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase date. 
    • Unfortunately, we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident. We will ONLY provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible and a credit is unacceptable.

    AVAILABILITY

    • Sometimes technology lets us down and if the product you ordered just walked out the door and the system hasn't been updated. You will be notified immediately and we will endeavour to find a remedy for the situation. We will offer a solution, refund or store credit.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • Thieving Kea ​​does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us. So please make sure your item is tracked.
    • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer (with the exception of faulty/damaged item/s).
    • If you are returning an item/s and you are requesting a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
