Returns and Exchanges


Please choose very carefully as we are unable accept “change of mind”. If you are unsure when purchasing we can give you an exchange card with an expiry date.

These goods MUST be in their original and unworn state. 


We do not offer refunds on sale items. No returns or exchanges are allowed on SALE items unless there is a fault. Please choose carefully when buying SALE items.


Faulty Items must be returned with proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident. We will ONLY provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible and a credit is unacceptable.


Sometimes technology lets us down and if the product you ordered just walked out the door and the system hasn’t updated you will be notified immediately and we will endeavour to find a remedy for the situation. We will offer a solution, refund or store credit.
